Leighton Lloyd

Leighton is a dual qualified lawyer (England and Wales & New York). He specialises in film finance and production, mostly serving producers, commercial and banking sectors. He has worked on film financing with a diverse range of clients to include banking, equity, and international tax incentives, offering strategic advice to producers, banks, and commercial equity investors. Further Leighton has represented producers for theatrical, steaming and television productions. Leighton enjoys being part of the entrepreneurial side of film financing and production and music promotion and has participated as an Executive Producer as well as a concert promoter.

Ella started her Training Contract at Cadence Solicitors in July 2023 and prior to this she was a Paralegal in the Family Team. Before joining Cadence Solicitors, Ella achieved a distinction in her Legal Practice Course with a Masters Degree at the University of Law. Ella is currently assisting the Family Team with a variety of matrimonial and child-related matters, including divorce, financial remedies and private children law cases. She also assists our lawyers in our Music and Litigation teams.

Renaldo began his training contract with Cadence Solicitors in August 2024. He graduated from the University of Law in 2020, then completed the LPC with MSc+ in Law, Business and Management in 2021, achieving a Distinction. Renaldo already has more than a year’s worth of experience working as a Paralegal at Sound Advice (Legal) LLP before joining Cadence Solicitors, and prior to that ran his own successful management company, representing UK talent including the BRIT nominated, Double Platinum selling artist Ramz.
